Do u mean at the store or for Walmart.com orders? I've always started with finding a manager in store and if that didnt resolve the issue you can go to the website and send a formal complaint directly to the head people. You have to have the store number and it helps to have the employee names as well as the day and time of the issue you are complaining about. I hope that helps answer your question.
