Don’t come here unless you wanna wait an hour to make it through checkout. They manage to have 4 people watching the door and another 4 watching self checkout to make sure you don’t steal but maybe 1 or 2 people actually bagging. 2:30 on a Saturday and all the workers seem to be just standing around. I’d rather go to food lion 😂

Well it's Walmart just like any Walmart you have the helpful people and the ones that just show up cause they have to. But the welcome disable girl love her. She was nice and more helpful then anyone else she helped me find the shower head I needed and made sure it was the right one.

Today like most days I come to this Walmart there is only one lane open other then self check out. It's 20 items or less. I have over $500 worth of items. I'm tired of coming here and everyone having attitudes with me. There's no other register for me to go to. If something doesn't change I will take my business else where. It's embarrassing and it's not even my fault.

Only two cashier lines open; and they were backed up to and through the clothes. Also, the self-checkouts we're the same. Ridiculously long wait. When a new line was opened, I proceeded to unload my cart to check out. The cashier just said she opened the wrong line and left the register. There was already people lined up behind me. We were just left standing dumbfounded by how we were treated. With the money my family spends at this store, we should not be treated in this way, much less any one else.

This question wasn't really answered. I ordered items that were confirmed as "shopped" and ready for contact free pickup just minutes before I headed out to pick them up. When I got home, two important items that had been confirmed in my order as having been shopped and ready were not in my trunk. Instead, they were marked as "rejected" with no explanation. This is the second time this has happened. Wondering just who "rejected" these shopped and ready items.

Do u mean at the store or for Walmart.com orders? I've always started with finding a manager in store and if that didnt resolve the issue you can go to the website and send a formal complaint directly to the head people. You have to have the store number and it helps to have the employee names as well as the day and time of the issue you are complaining about. I hope that helps answer your question.
