This question wasn't really answered. I ordered items that were confirmed as "shopped" and ready for contact free pickup just minutes before I headed out to pick them up. When I got home, two important items that had been confirmed in my order as having been shopped and ready were not in my trunk. Instead, they were marked as "rejected" with no explanation. This is the second time this has happened. Wondering just who "rejected" these shopped and ready items.
If it was rejected there's a possible chance they didn't hv it. But I would call the store or chat with someone on the app to see why this happened.
