We attended this weekend and while waiting for our valet vehicle we witnessed a handicap permit vehicle be escorted through valet to the handicap parking spaces, and at no additional charge. We also witnessed a woman in a wheelchair enjoying the event, and did not see any challenges with maneuvering through the other attendees. Based on how the event works, and many people sitting on the floor to enjoy the program, you may want to use whatever assistance item you have that would provide you with seating.
I just attended this past Saturday. The exhibit is several rooms on a single level with no elevation changes. I do not recall the exact parking accommodations at the entrance but they do have valet parking for $12. Hope that helps.
They have parking attendants there so you can drive up pretty close to the door and have them park your car for you.
