Go to valet parking and they'll give you disability parking along the front of the building. There is a bit of a walk to the back, larger room where the benches are.. There are also many incredibly wonderful young people working the event. They will go above and beyond to help you, if you ask. I was with disabled people and many seniors were there. It really is a wonderful experience. Please be reassured and go if you're not ill. It was a much needed mood lift.
It plays on a 35 minute loop.
There are no refunds, unfortunately. The name of the production company is Universe, but if you dig further into the fine print, it's just an off-shoot company of... wait for it... Ticketbastard. (a.k.a Ticketmaster) Which pretty much tells you all you need to know.
You'll be fine, there were enough seats, and the atttendents were extremely helpful
There are benches available in the second gallery. I should note that the same show is happening simultaneously in both galleries, so you won't miss anything. The exhibit lasts about 1 hour. There is valet parking available too. Unsure of refund policy, but I wouldn't bet on there being one.
