It's usually the weekend before the 1st week of July (J4). As for this year: it already happened & past as of last weekend June 23 & 24. But you can still catch the Hmong Independence festival this coming weekend June 29-31 @ Como Park.
wonderful place to visit. lots of fruit and vegetable, Good and cheap. Recommend for the people is to go visit. Better then midtown global market.
