Does your Walmart service Tracfpone needing a new sim card and do you activate the card? What is your price?

Yeah Kirby is right on. I'd call the Electronics dept and ask them. My guess is that Walmart will provide or sell you with the SIM card but you might have to send phone in for service. Burnsville or Shakopee Walmart have a better Electronics dept in my opinion. There's little at Bloomington. I'd venture south. Good Luck
