Yes. An EBT card and your ID is all you need to get a free one year membership at the box office at the Museum. Ask for an All Play application. You can also show tax returns or 3 consecutive paystubs as proof of income for the All Play membership. More info including the income chart is available at mcm.org under memberships
I have this membership, but I think I had to bring my last year tax return to get it. I would just call and ask what you'll need to bring with you, I remember they were easy to get ahold of phone when i had called. They also have free or cheap admission auth just an EBT card at the history center and my kids love it there! :-)
