I hate I move into these apartment the new management is racist the moving all the black out of these apartment

Well I just applied they are not racist they made me feel welcome

Well I applied yesterday only one white person on the office n she was actually very helpful to me I felt very welcomed

They simply cleaning up the Apts and apts seitch management all the time from what I understand they needed a management team who was gone take care of the property

They are not racist. And it’s black and white people in the office. Obviously if you feel racist, then you’re the problem NOT them. I love Mr. Chris who is the assistant property manager. They are just trying to make the community better than where it was. It has came a long ways.

A good friend of mines lives here. I visit quite frequently and it's quiet in the day and 🌃. The atmosphere is very inviting. I've never heard a gun shot there, it's clean on the outside and I've never seen a rat out there either. Not much foot traffic,most people have cars or catch some kind of transportation. I see that the Marta bus comes on the main street which is a convenience for all. The pictures show exactly how the apartments look. We visited the swimming pool a lot this summer and that's really the only time that I saw kids..... there's no hanging out if so it would be very noticeable. I visited the Rental office on 1 occasion to offer them rates of my janitorial services and everyone was so friendly and the Caucasian lady answered all my questions with much upmost respect and a smile and I also saw a mixture of employees of different races.

They are NOT racist! And at least they giving minorities jobs! Like what! Anyway. I love the new management. Very kind folks.
