I must say I absolutely love living here! I have been here for about a year now before the current owners took over and I will say that since they took over they have made some huge changes here! Constantly upgrading the community from the pool area to the breezeways and parking decks it makes it more homely. Ohh and let’s not forget the maintenance team they are the best always responsive and they fix EVERYTHING…no complaints there at all! Everyone in the leasing office is just as friendly they are always polite and helpful! The only complaint I have is that my apartment has no natural sunlight…which sucks but I’m still in love with my apartment its very spacious for a one bedroom!

Really pity to say apartment is offering rewards and gifts to get these 5 star reviews. So far the worst apartment i have seen. It was good when we first visited but everything changed all of a sudden. You will see mold in your apartment and they will blame us if we ask for help. They told me it happened because of my lifestyle, but frankly we used to maintain our apartment in a really good way. Then i checked the google reviews and i found most of the residents and complaining about the same. I am not sure how the management is blaming it’s residents especially the one from management- “CINDY”. If you are trying to move out from lease, keep in mind you won’t get any of your money back. They promised us to take a resolution and after i moved they told it’s not their responsibility. Its a real scam going on here. Next thing is cleanliness. You need to put some mask or hold your breath before entering the lift. Dog waste everywhere. You have a lot of other choices nearby. Don’t waste your time and money here. Live happy somewhere else. Also keep in mind most of the positive reviews come from the rewards offered by the apartment management. Good luck :)

The staff has been nothing but amazing! From the leasing to the maintenance crew, always greeting me and are super helpful when in need. The location is great, close to all major highways, shops & restaurants. Walking distance from Perimeter mall, coffee shops and local bakeries. Short drive from the city. Our unit itself is modern, renovated, clean & very spacious and and we've had zero issues so far with any maintenance related items! :)
