Long story short they shut my power off yesterday (Friday) and bc I'm subleasing I contacted the person actually leasing the apt and she wasn't able to get my power on. Today (Saturday) I've called nonstop and no one answered nor did I see anyone in the office. They're closed Sunday and that means I'll have to go 3 days with no power which is very illegal of them to just shut it off with no notice or anything.

The new management company is just awesome and PROFESSIONAL. I love the fact that the try to assist you in any way possible. Ms. Martin does have time for the residents.

Vendor beware!! This company does not pay there vendors. You will have to place a lien on property for payment. Corporate office contacted, site level contacted and all you get is no responses. I believe code enforcement will be the next to contact as I have seen how some of the residents at this site is forced to live....

I have been here almost 2yrs. Haven't seen a rat yet. It's very safe. They got rid of the hell raisers,drug dealer. No one was had a break in since I have been here. I love it.
If you know any better you will stay very far away from these apartments. You've been warned!!!!!!!!
