Thank you for your question. Residents may choose to have a phone in his/her suite, making it easiest to direct dial or directly receive phone calls 24 hours a day. For those that do not have a phone in his/her suite, you may dial our main number for him to receive on a common phone. If you would like to make particular arrangements, we encourage you to speak with his social worker to do so. Thank you!
