I've been visiting there for about 4 weeks now. While most nurses are amazing, you're going to have some that are complete garbage. But unfortunately, you'll find that anywhere you go. There are good and bad in every place. This place is mostly good. The case manager over your mother should be a great resource to help you. I've found the case manager and other team members over my boyfriend to be extremely helpful. The president of the hospital, Tim, is also very involved with the daily operations and willing to help out. He is very approachable and perhaps he could help you with your concerns.
Ive read all the negitive reviews and other than the cold receptionist at the front desk I haven't seen it. I have a close friend who hss been there two plus weeks and is happy with his treatment. I have visited him numerous times and i have seen nothing but care and compassion in way he is being treated. All this being said i can only speak to the limited time that I am there.
Of course you have your good ans bad everywhere we all have keep that in mind.
