Please write in full coherent sentences as that would be helpful. This sounds like a complaint and this is not the place for a complaint. I'm not sure why your concerned with someone else's broken leg. Did her leg fall off and crush your foot? I think you're right, you do need help.
I come to this Jamba Juice several times a week, and never had any issues, matter of fact the manager really cares about everyone that comes into the location.
