Ordered through the app, and added my half off reward, which came to $5 and some change. Once I paid, it took over $10. The store said call corporate, and corporate said (to sum it up) too bad so sad. Use the reward on your next visit... I will not be ordering from the app anymore. Not sure if I'll want any Jamba in the future. There are other smoothie places I haven't tried.🙃

I told the manager at this location about the horrible experience I had at Bethany Home Road location. She apologized and took it very serious and told me she was going to run it up. If you’d like to see this experience you can go to that locations and look at my review. This location is still is a very clean place the women are very nice here and they took it very serious when I told him what had just happened. They don’t know why that store has been closing early or for the day lately but either way they agreed on me having to drive an extra 5 miles out of my way my meal or something should definitely be comped and I totally agree. The lady I spoke to has been with Jamba juice for 2+ years she should definitely be a general manager she knows how to treat customers and really that’s all that matters now in this world

My wife’s entire drink was completely ice and we asked if they could put more matcha and she refused to do that. It was literally barely half way full. I felt like we were ripped off. our handwhiches were cold in the middle as well. We were served by Liz and another young lady. The other young lady not Liz laughed as we started to walk away and she is the one that refused to help us. Money was taken from us today. I’m not happy at all. How can Jamba Juice make this right for us?

Clean, consistent, friendly. This location has been a go-to on Sunday’s. I never have to wait a long time. They always make my smoothies the exact same way which is a perk. The oatmeal is bomb! I recommend honey and brown sugar toppings!
