The service manager added fee on that they never told us about, then insisted to us that they told us about the extra charge. It was a small fee, but i'm still upset with the way in which the service manager just added it to the bill and insisted he told us about it previously. It was the way in which they treated us as customers that is why I leave such a bad review. Hoping when I bring my car back in a week after they get the parts we need in, that the experience improves, if so I may update this review to a more positive score. But at the time being, I am very frustrated with them.

Good question. We are not from Delaware, we are from Virginia. We were traveling to go up north to Montreal when our new Chrysler 200 flashed on the screen the word transmission. So we Googled the nearest Chrysler dealership and we found this. The people in the service department are great and they basically kept our car for two weeks. So other than their service with respect to this emergency, I cannot specifically advise you one way or another. But dealing with the people we met they were great. They never hesitated to answer our direct questions. Hopefully I have helped you a little bit. Good luck.
No, they're closed on Sundays. They're open 9am-9pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-5pm on Saturday.
