Good question. We are not from Delaware, we are from Virginia. We were traveling to go up north to Montreal when our new Chrysler 200 flashed on the screen the word transmission. So we Googled the nearest Chrysler dealership and we found this. The people in the service department are great and they basically kept our car for two weeks. So other than their service with respect to this emergency, I cannot specifically advise you one way or another. But dealing with the people we met they were great. They never hesitated to answer our direct questions. Hopefully I have helped you a little bit. Good luck.
I just got my vehicle back in July so so far my only dealing with them was with my first oil change but i had no issues.
