I ordered from the 40th street and Thomas location and received horrible service with no communication what-so-ever! I ordered my food for delivery and the driver picked up my food through Door Dash. When I placed my order I added instructions for how to find my apartment. The driver sent a text asking if the section number was correct, I said yes, so they clearly seen my directions. Then several minutes later my food was never at my door! I tracked online and it said DELIVERED but it never came! The driver nor did the 40th Street restaurant answer their phones! Finally I received a text from the driver 30 minutes later that they couldn't find my apartment and took my food back. The driver and Panda Express NEVER called me to let me know they needed help finding my apartment. Later I checked my email and 5 minutes after the delivery arrival time my order was automatically CANCELLED instead of informing me that more help was needed! I could of met the driver outside instead of the restaurant not giving me my food or any phone call to let me know what was happening. Instead they told the driver to RETURN my food! I no longer feel comfortable ordering from the 40th street location! Hopefully I receive a refund!

The food was tasteless, the dining area was dirty, the area that this Panda is in is horrific, the customer service was alienating. The worst experience I have ever had at a Panda.

Decent for fast food Chinese. If you're craving some oily but satisfying Chinese food then this may be the place for you! This location appeared clean and well kept. There was a lineup when we arrived but it moved fast. However I wasn't too impressed with the selection. There were so many chicken dishes! Back home in Canada our Chinese fast food places offer more variety such as pork, fish, pure veggie dishes, etc. The orange chicken was really good though and I can see why it's their most popular dish. It was crispy, the orange sauce tasty, etc. The beef and broccoli was meh. It lacked salt and flavoring and I am used to beef that has been more tenderized with corn starch, like in authentic Chinese restaurants. I also chose the limited edition walnut prawns. This was a regret because it was mostly batter and barely any prawn. I don't recommend. You are allowed to choose half fried rice and half chow mein which is what we did. They both could have used more flavoring again.
