Always excellent food and service we started going there when are kid's we're little the owner was always friendly and we would see her son and daughter doing there homework while mom was running the place great family 👪 and now her kid's and ours are all grown up! Family values you don't see much of that anymore! God bless you and your family yins we will keep coming back I recommend this place to everyone!

The food is fine, but the service is poor. Placed an order online and asked for no bell peppers as a special request for my wife. When I got it home and found that it did have peppers I called. The lady answering the phone kept telling me there were no peppers on it and arguing with me, then hung up. Go to kwan & wok instead.

We decided to give them a try after reading the bad reviews given that there is now a new owner. But we were not expecting a rude lady who was on her phone most of the time and serving food and drinks without washing hands. We went today at around 7pm and she seemed annoyed when we asked to dine in. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and beef with broccoli she served us with to go plates when we specifically asked to dine in. They close at 9pm so I’m not sure why she was mad we asked to dine in at 7pm. Overall, the food is bad but customer service is horrible. We spend $50 and recommend to spend that money elsewhere. As we where leaving my 5 year old said hi twice and she just looked at him and turned the other way. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received at any restaurant I’ve been to. It’s so Sad because we used to visit frequently when there was the old owner who was native to this food and made the best dishes. Now it’s disgusting 🤮 Never coming back!

This is a hidden gem. We were just looking for a quick bite to go, but we got so much more. The hostess was very cordial and helpful. Food was fast and hot, plenty of it, too. The Crab Rangoon was perfection, I'm definitely going to triple my next order. Everything was so delicious, the scent of the food as we walked to the car was overwhelming, we just had to sample some of that amazing Rangoon on the ride home. The restaurant is super clean and the food was amazing. I am definitely going to recommend stopping at Yin's on the NW corner of 19th Ave and Indian School RD in Phoenix. I'm going to have to be a regular now. Places like Yin's won't stay a secret, the food is way too good!

Went to the place tonight, food has completely changed. They said the chef is the same but i dont think so as they dont make the orange chicken even remotely the same. Orange chicken is horrible now.
Same here..
I've never gotten ill from here and I've been going over 10 years
No very strange that u ask that because I have asked that same question.
Sweet question, Fernando. I hope you get it answered.
New owners. Only been there once since it changed hands. I wasn't impressed . The hot crispy egg rolls I used to love are now mushy and tepid. So much teriyaki sauce on my plate the rice was floating in it. 12 oz sodas for 1 dollar each.!! If it's not better next time I will end my 8 yr patronage of this place. Will try again...hopefully they will dial it in.
