Campers are okay in specific lots. Tractor trailers and bobtails are not permitted. I'd find a lot somewhere along North Tryon street and take an Uber or taxi to the event.
You used to could park one there. But that was year's ago when we did but we bobtailed too.
Don't know but the unpaved lots are large. Alternatively you could park down in commercial lots not too far away and walk up or uber.
