They open the gates usually 90 minutes to two hours before the first act. You would have to check with the venue for gate opening. Tailgating can be done as early as you like. Like the person above said the earlier you get there the closer to the gates you will be but you will also be one of the last to get out of the parking lot. I suggest another tailgate (eating) after the concert to let everyone clear out.😀
Just keep in mind the early you get their the better parking however if you get there later chances are you'll be able to be first one out of the venue
There is time to tailgate. I think the satellite parking lots are basically available. Not too far to walk.
The parking opened at 4 the gates 6:30. It may be different for his concert.
