Purchased upgrades are no longer issuing a barcode to be scanned. They last time this happened the event staff told me they cannot honor it without scanning. Is this resolved now as I purchased an upgrade for this week and have no barcode?

Always buy direct from the source not from 3rd parties as it could be a scam

Contact Live nation for clarity. I used to work there, they funny because people counterfeit tickets a lot.
