You can bring your own low folding chairs for the lawn but you can save lugging them and rent chairs there for $10 each.

The only time you would need a chair is if you have a ticket for the lawn otherwise there are chairs. I believe the only way you would be able to grill, if at all, would be the tailgate parking, I would call them to be sure though.

Yes, you may bring your own chairs, buying a few folding chairs for around $5-10 each is a lot better than renting a used chair for $10. I've never had any issues grilling in any of the parking lots.
