I thought it was me!! It's like really they don't want to care for you.
I'm not sure about the United Healthcare. Some ladies are on the rude side , but there are some really nice folks up there. If you're there for the right reason I'd say you'll be fine. Probably wouldn't be my first pick of places to go.
