First off I've been in pain management before & I know you don't get meds on 1st visit, that's not what this is about. Before I went to my 1st appt I called to ask how much they charge to fill out paperwork (disability placard) because I wanted to just be prepared. The lady I talked to was so rude. She asked how could the Dr fill it out if she hasn't seen me. Of course I knew that. I told her I was just inquiring because all drs have a set fee. It was ridiculous. Well I go to my appt with my paperwork already filled out & I was early. I was called back quickly. I sat in the back 45mins before the Dr came in. She ran in & out handling something else each time cutting me off. She did apologize. But as I was trying to answer her questions & let her my problems she would interrupt & rush in to something else. Then turn around & ask me about what I was trying to explain. As someone else reviewed she was stuck on the back problem, when that's not my major problem. I even said to her that I had a problem with a Dr at my PCP office with Dr not listening to me repeating the same things to me & making me repeat myself because Dr wasn't listening. Dr molette said, I'll try not to do that. Then preceded to DO JUST THAT. I don't have a problem with taking drug tests. I did the urine. Then some very rude nurse came in & said they needed saliva which was fine. I had washed my hands from urine test & when she came in I was putting cream in my hands. She said uhh you put something on your hands. I said yea I DID. I didn't know she was coming. Then she said put this in your mouth & don't talk I mean don't say anything for 10mins. I was thinking who am I gonna talk to it's just me & her in the room. I will be changing. I see my PCP before I go back to them because I have appt for EKG. Overall I was in that room for 2hrs before the drug screening because the Dr was in & out & only spent maybe 30mins in total speaking with me. I would've appreciated if she would've finished up whatever she was doing before coming in to speak to me.

I had previously been through a different Pain Group for almost 12 years. This Dr and her staff get right to the point, giving me options and take action immediately. I am quite impressed. I switched about 3 months ago. I am so glad that I did.

Had been going here for about 5 years. Had 3 back surgeries and major nerve damage...which Dr. Mollett diagnosed herself. All the great nurses have since quit, the office Mgr. is rude and extremely unprofessional. The best person still there is Michelle Lee, and the only reason I've stayed as long as I did. Like others who have left their reviews your generally not treated respectfully. There is a reason for so many negative reviews. Find another Dr. who will help you not take your money and mistreat you.
