Dustin the road tech came out on a starter issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Highly recommended to get you rolling again.

ZERO stars! Worst experience of my 18 years in the trucking industry. Stay away from this place. Spend the extra money of a longer tow if needed. $15,000 & 29 Days to fix a DEF quality sensor and a replace a Turbo because of there incomitance and greed. One of my Truck went in for a DEF system & Turbo failure on 8/16/22 and wasn't completed until 9/13/22 even though no parts needed were on back order. They forgot to finish the order on the one part that they didn't have on hand (Turbo Actuator) and never followed up on it even though I called daily. I had to call Rush parts distribution myself to finish the order for them. Rush over charged for labor hours and couldn't justify the labor to the Warranty company because it was well above the Book labor hours and charged me for the balance of hours the warranty company wouldn't cover. They also charged me $199 an hour for the left over labor while only charging the warranty company $159 hr.
