I was on the highway when my tire popped. I called few near places to where I was and no one was picking up the phone. Tow truck took me to the nearest tire shop which it was Tire World. I was in line for a while when a white male came in just walked around whitout standing in line and went directly to the manager as he knew him, told him what he needed and got service but when finally was my turn they said they were busy and I should of called first and they couldn't help me until tomorrow or day after. I couldnt drive my car so i was stuck there and they didnt care. Didnt even make the effort to see if he had a tire in stock or how long to order, he just dismissed me. There weren't that many cars there so i know they could of helped. Thanks to Firestone next door that was able to help me. Tire World, horrible customer service. Or maybe plain racist.

I can confidently go to tire world and get the same treatment as a man. I am never over priced or talked down to. Dependable, efficient & always great prices. I will continue to give my business because this company is so consistent. I have used the Murfreesboro location and now the Smyrna location and I am truly thankful they make my car maintenance so easy. They are a company who will be honest and only tell you what you need ! Thank you tire world for the phenomenal customer service every time!! Keep it up!

I cannot express my gratitude for this company. Allen and Melvin were hands down the best I've ever dealt with. They found the cause of my car's issues within minutes after a dealership and other shop had it three times and fixed things that did not correct the issue. It's running like a champ and I was extremely happy with the price as I thought it would be well over $1000. I'm a lifetime customer now and have already referred others to come to Tire World with their mechanic needs. Thanks Tire World!!
