Applying for Canadian visa. After doing biometrics at Atlanta VAC,received a 2nd request for biometrics collection again. Does this mean the prior biometrics did not go through? Have tried calling theVAC/ USICS but no answers. Please help, thank you

Atlanta is a ASC not a VAC make Another appointment take the letter that you were printed on before and the letter that said the prints did not go through and return to the ASC to be reprinted

They ask again when the first one is no good. At the letter that you got they explain about.

I haven't seen such case before. I would suggest please google about it and see if someone else faces similar issue. May be your 1st biometric didn't go through correctly.. not sure
