NO!!! And they told me they could not pickup at the house for any reason. I am 70 years old and my driveway is too steep for me to roll the big trash can back and forth.
I would say yes they probably do depending what how much of a senior you are or somebody is handicapped they'll pick it up at the house it's all individual basis I'm not sure how they do it and I'm a driver but if I see someone struggling I'll go to the house and get it for him every week
