The numbers on the web site, the number on my trash can and the number on the google ad all go to a recording asking for my mailbox # - I don't have one. I need to talk to a PERSON about missed pick-ups. How can I TALK to someone?

I love seeing all the comments about the caller queue. I've had the lines down when I've tried to call. I've had it not respond to my selection. I've had it route me to a voice mail box where messages aren't returned. For all that, I can't really blame the caller queue, though, because you won't respond to email or texts either.

Mr. Smith, I am very sorry. We are having an issue with our phone system. The phone company has been working on fixing the issue with our caller queue, however, it is still not fixed. We are inviting customers to continue to call or text us at 678-455-7819, or email us via our website until our phone issue is resolved. I do apologize for this inconvenience.
