I love seeing all the comments about the caller queue. I've had the lines down when I've tried to call. I've had it not respond to my selection. I've had it route me to a voice mail box where messages aren't returned. For all that, I can't really blame the caller queue, though, because you won't respond to email or texts either.
Mr. Smith, I am very sorry. We are having an issue with our phone system. The phone company has been working on fixing the issue with our caller queue, however, it is still not fixed. We are inviting customers to continue to call or text us at 678-455-7819, or email us via our website until our phone issue is resolved. I do apologize for this inconvenience.
The calls go to voicemail when all the lines are in use AKA switchboard overload
