I have the same problem! Trash doesn't get picked up for weeks! I'm fed up! I have to find another company.

I recently canceled them due to lack of pick ups and over charging my account. They went up 3 times in less than a year with no notice and my subdivision is under contract with them so there was no explanation for the increase and I was to that they would not refund my money. Stay as far away from them as you can. I switched to Advance Service. I think that's the name of it. But Red Oak is absolutely awful! Especially customer service. I have no idea how they are still in business. SCREAMING "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TO SAY THAT THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT"!!!
Happens all of the time for me
I am currently in week three of no pick up, no answer, and maggots crawling out of my trash can that won’t shut. But they sure as hell just withdrew their money for not doing a damn thing!

Went to their site and left msg.
Happens to us every week between the recycling and the trash. Mostly the recycling. I have to call every week to get them to come back
