I called the number to let them know they missed and was told a truck would be back that day. No truck, so I called again the next morning and was told a truck would be by the next business day. I asked if a smaller truck could pick up bc I didn't want to get in trouble with my HOA, was told no to just wait.

To the anonymous comment a simple call to the number on the pail can get the driver back or if he is too far away we send a smaller back.up truck. It happens, sorry
I had that problem it ended up being the pickup guy was scared of my dog. Do u have any pets outside if so try puttong them up on friday.
