I am a customer and have been trying to call your office all morning to try to pay a bill. I keep getting a busy signal. Are you phones down or is another number to contact you.

Same here. I have also emailed 3 times now and no one is responding to me. I am about to cancel the service.

Same here. I only get a busy signal or a recording that places me on hold forever. Never have been able to reach a real life person. Been using Red Oak for 4 years and strongly considering switching to another company. I'm tired of paying for bad service!

I have been trying since Monday with same problem...about ready to switch providers. Just want to pay the bill!!!

Seems like a recurring problem. Phones are down, or unanswered and they don't return calls, texts or emails.
