Same here. I only get a busy signal or a recording that places me on hold forever. Never have been able to reach a real life person. Been using Red Oak for 4 years and strongly considering switching to another company. I'm tired of paying for bad service!

Seems like a recurring problem. Phones are down, or unanswered and they don't return calls, texts or emails.
