They are always wanting and needing volunteers. The day I picked up my dog, they were accepting 3 that day and asking for others to spread the word asking for help. I believe that even if they aren't looking at this moment, it wouldn't be long for them to start asking again.
I have been there to see the dogs but I was visiting with my granddaughter and I'm from North Carolina.they have a very nice setup
