Good luck trying to get any kind of certified documents from circuit court if you moved out of state. They won’t mail anything nor allow anyone else to pick it up for you without having all the information redacted. Ridiculous.

I went to have a citation dismissed. The deputies at the front entrance were very nice. The First Lady I encountered was very nice, but it was the wrong window. The second lady was the complete opposite. I handed her my citation and proof of registration. She looked at it and rolled her eyes. She acted like I was a bother to her. I hope I never have to deal with anything there again. I gave 2 stars because of the nice staff that I encountered. I may go back and deal with the delinquent tax division because we own a business related to that area.

Most Judges have a 9am docket and a 130pm docket. The courtroom doors always open 15 min. before court.

A blue motion doesn't cancel the warrant for your arrest for failure to appear. You can file a blue motion with the court, receive a new court date, and still may have the police knocking on your door ready to take you to jail for missing the court date, even though a blue motion was filed. Plus, there isn't a guarantee the judge will accept your motion. It is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. If you are given a new court date when you file the motion, I don't think your warrant should still be active. I mean, at least by getting the motion, you are showing initiative to get it taken care of. Life happens, and sometimes there's a reason why people miss court. But it doesn't matter. Blue motion or not, if you miss court, be prepared to go to jail and make bond (if you can find a bondsman to sign your bond).. A bond for F.T.A. is a brand new problem.. welcome to Clarksville
