The phone lines are always busy. Though when you can get through to people. They are nice enough. Though they give you a set deadline of when to meet and a specific person. And with the phones down you don’t know if your gonna get the right person or not. Which causes a lot of undo stress.

They are really nice people here. It has been hard on a lot of people with the Coronavirus pandemic but they have taken the extra precautions to keep everyone safe. The bathrooms are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned, everyone is separated safely. We have to wear masks as precautionary measures stated by the CDC, six feet apart. It was a very clean and nice atmosphere here; if you are looking for a job or need any type of help applying for unemployment without a hassle, this is the place to be. Thank you guys!
