Don’t even bother with them. I could go on about the treatment we received by the snobby front desk attendant or I could go on and on about how she said they have to see the more important patients and there’s only one doctor and they can’t take a walk in…even though there online policy leads you to believe they can. Just don’t even bother. Go straight to the doctor off exit 4 in the event you need to be seen the same day. Honestly if a vet clinic won’t see walk ins they don’t need to be open regardless of how many staff are working. Part of working in the healthcare/animal care industry is taking walk ins regardless of staffing issues. Also anybody working the Front desk should NEVER say we have to see the more important patients. Alright BIG BET. I will never give them business and will tell everybody I know about this experience.

My appointment was at 4pm. I wasn’t checked in until 4:11 because I had to fill some new patient paperwork. Okay, fine. I waited until 4:40 when I was still waiting and informed them I had to get my son from daycare soon, and asked how much longer it would be. They said they weren’t sure, I was up next. Whatever that means. They told me I could reschedule for another time - but what’s the point!? They clearly don’t work on a schedule, and they will take walk-ins before someone who has made an appointment (which is what I was made to believe). I wasted over an hour driving there, waiting, putting my doggo through hell (it was the most chaotic waiting area I’ve ever seen), only to not be seen by anyone!!! I will not be going back, and if you, like me, work on schedules I’d avoid this place.
