With the long-term goal of having 800 homes, there will be plenty of opportunities for a cycling group to be formed. Nearly every hobby imaginable will have a group.
Lap pool yes. Already exists. Not a lot of cyclists but there are challenging roads and beautiful views. Vehicle awareness is not ideal though. Stick to roads or highways with plenty of shoulder.
