I have lived at this apartment complex for over a year now, and Lauren has been the best property manager I have ever had! She always sends emails about the property and upcoming events weekly. She doesn't put up with bad tenants that break the rules and will always remedy a situation within days! The maintenance is a little slow, but it is not their fault. All major issues are taking care of same day, but some smaller ones take a couple of days. Only gripe is not enough parking space for every unit to have two cars, but nothing can be done about it. They have implemented a parking pass at least that has freed up some spots, but again, nothing outside of a new parking lot will fix this.

Management has done a complete 180 since we first moved here last summer. The community is getting upgrades left and right, and it’s starting to feel like a miniature neighborhood! Not an old, worn-out, crowded complex. Even though inflation has caused rent prices to skyrocket everywhere, we’ve been well-taken care of by the office. We’re always given plenty of notice before anything happens, whether it be maintenance or other events. Communication from management is excellent, and I’ve felt heard with any concern or question I’ve ever had. My husband and I are very pleased with Port Royal and hope to stay a while.

The front office is an absolute displeasure. Don’t complain or they will take retaliatory action. They actually threatened me with a law suit if I left a bad review. Sorry ladies, the truth is a protected freedom of speech.
