Certain type of pics are not allowed. You have to realize that it's a Temple not a Party hall.

I took pics there last year. But for my photo business and personal. Only outside though. No pics allowed inside.the place is amazing though.
Photoshoot is not allowed inside or outside unless you are using the temple's venue for your event. And even then you are only allowed certain parts. In your case they will not let you take pictures.
it is impossible to say for sure without knowing all of the details but bear in mind that the mandir is a holy place before it is a tourist attraction. respect of the building and the grounds is of the utmost importance and anything else won't be tolerated. This includes certain types of photography and even dress code. it's no different than if they were to try doing that at a Catholic church. I would suggest you review their site or err on the side of being super respectful & give them a call to ask in advance.
