My experience was not great before.. recently they changed the whole staff in the office. I've seen some good changes.. finally happening! We needed that. The new staff is friendly & helpful. The new office manager Annaleah listen to my problems and had them fix right away.

Feel scammed my 3rd month and I am ready to leave. My "renovated apartment" has roaches and waterbugs. Neighbors are some of the worst. Maintenance only rigs things to work doesn't really Fix anything. When I first moved here it looked good but problems started to arise and haven't stopped. All renovations done are mainly cosmetically designed to get you to sign the lease. Want my money back $1300 monthly down the drain. Do not move here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I'm not bitter just not a good experience. If you like trash, stray dogs, bad maintenance, ac has yet to be fixed they just put more friends in it. Heat works when you call them to cut on and not once have they recommended a solution only temporary fixes.to permanent problems. It is the staff, management, and ownership that are the problem. It's a corporate money machine NOT A NEIGHBORHOOD. DO NOT RENT HERE. JUST SAVE YOUR SELF THE STRESS. ALSO MULTI FAMILIES LIVING IN ONE APARTMENT MAKES IT SO THERE IS NEVER PARKING IN THE AFTERNOON. Just tired of getting got when just trying to provide clean safe and comfortable place to live with my family. Unfortunately 50 stoneview took advantage of that and tricked me inot this s##$hole. Stray cats and dogs are here because of trash overflow from weekends just horrible.
