Which is better, truck or restaurant? And do they have tripa tacos?

I'd say restaurant though I've not tried truck. No reason as restaurant is closer with all truck offers and more. Re tripa, best to call. Like Salah says, a topping bar kept cold is a nice added benefit. El Don has the best shrimp tacos, and other tacos imo, 5 stars.

Restaurant has much larger menu and topping s bar.
