There is a boat ramp but it cannot be used by the public. It is roped off. The underwater rescue use it for training.

I would have to say YES! Been coming here for 4 years and ever single time I have see dogs. Big and small. They swim 🏊♀️ in the lake and they be chilling with the owners on the beach! So YES furry friends are allowed and there’s no signs stating otherwise. (I don’t have a dog) but I don’t see any harm in bringing them along. They are family and the kids love them.
No. But they ALL do ( discreetly) . Even I have . Just no drunkenness.
No. Its usually up on the weekends of the hottest/busiest months(June,July,August)but it hasn't been busy enough.
No the property is owned by the Corps of Engineers and leased to the city. You must have permission from the Corps to carry a firearm on Corps property in addition to a GA Carry permit.
Update——. I been 3 times Already this year. Monday, Wednesday , and Sunday. $10 each time. I will say I was not charged a fee after 5 pm. The lady said they stop charging. Don’t know if it was because they just liked me or what , but I didn’t have to pay and I got there after 5.
No. Ain’t like the park staff go around checking I’d. I see toddlers, teens and kid fishing with their parents.
