I have found that the customers at any store have this feeling of entitlement. That they may speak to anyone as they see fit because they are the customer and they are paying and they are entitledto service, but not servitude. This lack of kindness and of the simplest forms of manners or common decency to each other stems from many sources: our upbringing, the desocialization that the anonymity of "social media" allows us as we feel free to say anything without the responsibility or repercussions that comes from such behavior, any number of current movements or circumstances that separate each of us from the idea that we are all humans and we lose our sense of humanity, but ultimately it comes from each individual on both sides of the coin that judge themselves better than another person who is just working and therefore can not be nice. Ugly begets ugly! Turn the other cheek and try being nice, despite the angst of your day. We all have bad days!!!
Everyone has issues. But, I do agree. If you do not like your job, and don't like people. Please stop working in public places. We all have bad days. If you work in public and in customer service. Then you need to treat people like you want to be treated!
I have found most of the employees to be curteous and friendly. Occasionally I get someone rude but not often.
I go there often and the employees have always been very friendly and helpful.
