Just take the time to reach out to them another way of communication and voice you r situation then I'm sure that problem will be fixed that store seems to have a positive attitude i shop there a t least4 times a week i love it there everyone seems pleasant from my personal experiences at that store
Not sure. Maybe lack of employees. But I know it's a nice environment and atmosphere. And you can't say that about all of them. This is 8 miles out of my way, but it's way better than the one on Rockbridge Road.
