Call the front desk. They are very good at getting you in a reasonable time. Both of my parents were there with no issues of a major concern.
I wouldn't go there if it was the last place on earth! The food is horable, the staff is under paid, & they show it by not giving a hoot about their patients! My mom would sit in her mess for hours, , wasn't getting her showers a scheduled! NBC in Bellvue is a much better place
