My grandma is always dirty when I see her. They don't give her the care that she needs and it makes me very angry. Her nails are never trimmed and they're dirty. They also let the dementia patients wander around. If I could, I would remove her and bring her to Oregon to be with me. They only treat their patients well if they are privately paying them. Save the time, the worry, and the stress of sending your loved ones here.

Very disorganized, smelly and dirty. Their staff is not qualified to take care of people! Our grandmother stayed dehydrated during her stay, almost to the point of death! They have absolutely horrible communication skills. The administration has tried to bill us for months that we weren’t even there. We had a terrible experience with this place. Do not send your loved one here, you will regret it!

I was on unit 2 the nurses the physical therapist and CNAs while wonderful to me ‼️ The OT therapist we're also wonderful as well ‼️‼️‼️ Everyone help me so I could go home as soon as I did‼️‼️ I fell and broke my pelvis that was the worst pain I've ever felt and that includes having babies!!! I hope everyone on unit 2 at NHC can read this I am so grateful to them sincerely Geneva Hale!!!

I have been here three times.i had my leg off Below the knee. I had to learn to walk again.This time I broke my ankle in three places. I can't put that foot on the floor.And ofcourse the other leg is artificial so I came back. But the first time I was talking meds.and my kidneys wasn't getting rid of it. I could have gone to closer but I wanted to come here I love these people here. Thank you
