Not a good place to work. There is old food, drinks and trays in residents rooms. Not sure how they dont have a bug problem in the facility yet. No supplies. No teamwork. God forbid a nurse do something to help out the aid team other than pass meds. The charge nurse knows nothing about where supplies are nor does she even know where dirty briefs are to be thrown away. How are you even the charge nurse then? I would never work here nor would I leave a loved one here. They work the aids incredibly short and have a horrible CNA to patient ratio. Avoid this place like the plague.
No, Dickson health Care was one of the worst places to work no equipment works not enough staff, most not willing to help not worth it, no communication
