They try to have someone there most of the time but it is hit and miss. There is a Montgomery County EMS unit with 2 crew members there also but the doorbell does not ring in their quarters, so you may not get their attention. If there is more than 2 POVs in the parking lot, chances are one of the volunteer firefighters are there.
