Why is my mail not being picked up even after turning in a complaint on this issue and why dont they have a phone number instead of having to call India and speak to someone in another country

All I can think is to make Shure your in code with your box. If you received mail, it should also be picked up too.

Honestly, I think alot of them dont care to do their actual job. *They refused to deliver mail unless your mailbox is the perfect height *They wont deliver packages requiring signatures, it saves time if they make you come pick it up. *Good luck calling them, they outsourced their answering machine because they know the work is pitiful at best
